Roy Camberg was born in South Africa, graduated from Bellaire High School and received a Bachelors Degree in Marketing with High Honors from the University of Texas at Austin. He obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence, with Honors, from the University of Houston Law School. He graduated in the top 20 percent of his class at each institution.
