Mr. Frock's experience includes both the trial and appellate levels. He achieved Board Certification in Civil Trial Law in 1988 and Personal Injury Trial Law in 1989. He was Board Certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy in 2001. Mr. Frock's appellate experience is also very extensive and includes several reported cases as well as numerous unpublished opinions. He has been instrumental in establishing new precedents in several areas of Texas law, including insurance coverage issues.
