The firm has focused its energies on insuring the prompt provision of competent legal services in the areas of bankruptcy, commercial and personal injury litigation, commercial and residential real estate lending, and corporate and commercial law.
The firm currently has seven attorneys, five of which specialize in bankruptcy law. The firm handles bankruptcy matters both large and small. Joseph M. Hill and Lowell T. Cage have been on the panel of Chapter 7 Trustees for the Southern District of Texas for more than 25 years. As a result, the firm has extensive experience in handling a variety of business and commercial bankruptcies, in addition to large personal cases. The firm also represents debtors in bankruptcy, from individual chapter 13 and chapter 7 cases to large chapter 11 business reorganizations. In addition, the firm has extensive experience in representation of creditors and creditor groups in chapter 11, chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcy cases.
The firm also represents a number of business clients, assisting them with incorporating, contracts of all types, and acquisitions and mergers. We are also involved in all types of real estate matters as well as wills, trusts and probate.
