Brad Bingham is board certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Brad is also a Board Certified Civil Trial Advocacy Specialist, National Board of Trial Advocacy. Prior to forming BMHG, Brad was a partner at the Houston defense firm of Phillips & Akers, P.C., and prior to that a partner in the Houston firm of Bingham & Mann. His practice encompasses a wide range of subject areas, and he has tried to verdict over 150 lawsuits involving products liability, premises and retailer (including security) liability, insurance coverage, commercial claims, and general liability litigation in state and federal courts throughout the state of Texas. In addition to his active practice, Brad speaks before industry groups and has worked and continues to work closely with retailer and manufacturer clients in the development of risk management plans and procedures. In addition to his professional activities, Brad is a Founding Director of the A.A. White Dispute Resolution Institute; a Founding Director and Officer of Neighbors in Action, Inc., a community action group; a Founding Director and Officer of the National Ocean Access Project, Houston/Galveston Bay Chapter; and a Founding Member of Judicare, a Houston Bar Association organization devoted to providing legal services to the elderly.

Mr. Bingham was born Charleston, South Carolina, on August 14, 1954; he has been admitted to the bar, 1978, Texas; 1984, U.S. Supreme Court; U.S. District Courts, Southern, Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas; U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit.
