Henry Kaim is a partner in the Houston office and a member of the firm’s Financial Restructuring practice. He represents and counsels business clients in all aspects of out-of-court financial restructurings, as well as Chapter 11 reorganizations, including the negotiation of complex plans of reorganization and the litigation of contested matters and adversary proceedings.

Mr. Kaim has practiced exclusively in the area of business bankruptcy law since 1979, representing Chapter 11 debtors in possession, creditors’ committees, secured creditors, landlords and acquirers in bankruptcy, in a variety of industries throughout the country. In addition, Mr. Kaim teaches Chapter 11 at the University of Houston Law Center as an adjunct professor.
