Don E Fizer
For over two decades, FizerBeck has excelled at helping individuals and families protect, manage and preserve their business, professional and personal assets. Since our founding, we have concentrated our efforts on general business and tax law, with an emphasis on estate planning and probate law, business organizations and acquisitions, real estate law and tax exempt organizations.

By remaining focused on specific areas, we have developed a sophisticated, high-quality practice that allows us to offer knowledgeable, personal advice. Our success is tied directly to our small-firm environment, and we have consciously set out to create a friendly, informal atmosphere in our office. Hands-on and collaborative, our attorneys and staff genuinely enjoy working together. This closeness encourages a high degree of interaction, and results in attentive, timely and efficient service. Phone calls and e-mails are promptly returned. Clients get the support they need when they need it.

Given the often technical and complex nature of our work, the firm places a high priority on exceptional communication skills. We take time to listen to clients and understand each individual’s situation. We strive to explain legal matters in non-technical, everyday language. Providing a clear picture of the rules and regulations affecting clients is part of our daily routine.
